Love is one of the highest energies known is this universe. Love is linked to healing, happiness, strength, kindness and much more Good! When we tune in to the things that remind us of who and what we love, it is one of the best ways to reduce stress. With every thought, words and belief we create an emotion and feeling. Everything we think and speak creates an energy of love or fear. On this day that has the LOVE canopy over it, take the day and focus on everything you love in your world! Allow only positive loving thoughts to enter your mind. Decide to think only about the good in your life and the life of others…even if only for today! When you set the intent to do this for even one day…you allow healing and stress reducing energy to flow in you! You may feel so good that you decide to focus on what you love each and every day! STOP, count to 10!

Stop, count to 10!  1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,& 10. Now THINK….were you just thinking or doing what you Want to be thinking or doing? We must be Conscious, Aware and In Control.  Our thoughts are most valuable to us…here is why. Our thoughts are very creative, they have an energy and vibration of their own, however with our words, beliefs, emotions and feelings added to our habitual thoughts we enhance the power of our thoughts.Thoughts are the only thing we have complete control over. This is why it is very important for us to protect ourselves from who/what could influence the type of thoughts we have. If you wish for a change you can take a moment or two several times a day to stop, get quiet and notice what you have just been thinking. This is a good insight to what habitual thoughts you may have. Many times people have no idea, appear to be in a daze or just passing the time along hoping  something better will happen! There are many things you can do for yourself. Stopping to notice what type of thoughts you are having is a good start! It is also very helpful to know what you want and to have a plan.  If you are dealing with a crisis, long time burden, or maybe just something/someone in your life who makes you feel miserable, it can be difficult to start turning things around as this seems to be what we habitually think about! If you need help getting started I have helped people in my office or over the phone to get going in a good direction. Does Pain cause Stress or Stress cause Pain? How does Attitude fit in?

Is it like the chicken and the egg, which one comes first? It is well documented that stress is the major cause of illness today,  but can it have an impact on pain? Stress causes shallow breathing and tight tension in muscles along with much much more,  this can lead to lack of oxygen and blood flow going to all the cells and YES, this can lead to pain.  When you are in pain, we do not function as well in any area of our life and YES, this adds to stress. There are not enough hours in the day to talk about all the negative side effects that come from STRESS!!! Stress really is a natural part of life, so it is helpful to learn how to manage stress!  Everyone processes stress differently and there are many things we can do to help reduce the negative impact and manage how we feel from stressful situations.  How does attitude fit in? Attitude is number one in managing stress. Some people allow major situations just to flow on by, while others think the world is coming to an end. Everyone and every situation is different, so there is really no way to predict how one should act.  A good way to handle many situations,(person, thing, result, etc.) in general is to ask, “Am I going to allow this situation to handle me or am I going to handle it?”  The attitude of, “I am going to handle it,” is an attitude of action, faith and control! True desires, do you give up too easily?

“There is no doubt in my mind that we will get in life what we desire in the ratio of the earnestness of our purpose in going after it.” J.C. Penney.     How many of us just give up too soon? Or, we forget about what we desire because we are distracted by other life affairs? Keep those dreams and desires alive! Life goes on, yes!  That is good!  Nurturing our desires is necessary for our true happiness and ability to be a good steward of the life we were blessed with. When we are tuning in with our highest self, we are better in every area of our life.  I understand how we get distracted…believe me I do!  It is so helpful and important  to pay attention throughout the day on what we desire to be.  Have your, “FIVE” so programmed in to your consciousness and be aware when you find yourself thinking about what you do not want…or just having idle thoughts that are not important to you…focus on one of your “FIVE.”  FIVE is a list of the top 5 things you would like to have, be or do!  Thinking about one of those and putting energy into the idea will bring it closer to manifestation and along the way it is fun to dream and be creative. Think only about the desire or dream, a higher power will think about the how!  Be Well

Shakespeare and Thoughts, Words, Attitude

Is it our thoughts, words and attitude that makes our world what it appears? Our attitude is made up of beliefs, feelings, and emotions. These are produced from our thoughts,words and environment. Who influences what we think? Who decides if we think it is acceptable, good or bad? It really causes me to think about this when I hear and read Shakespeare’s quote, “There is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so.”
